The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) has officially released the rescheduled GSEB SSC Time Table 2026. A notification was issued on December 5, 2025, where it is stated that due to the Dhuleti (Holi) public holiday on March 4, 2026 the GSEB SSC Class 10 exam has been postponed and new date of examination is declared.
Initially the GSEB SSC Examination 2026 is to be held from February 26 to March 16, 2026. Due to the announcement of public holiday on March 4, 2026 the examination fall on 4th March, i.e. Social Science has been shifted to March 18, 2026.
According to the revised notification, the Class 10 exams will now continue until March 18, 2026, instead of the earlier closing date of March 16.

Why Was the SSC Exam Rescheduled?
The Social Science exam, originally set for March 4, overlapped with the Dhuleti festival, a public and bank holiday. To avoid disruptions and ensure smooth conduct of exams, the GSEB shifted the exam to March 18, 2026.
