Under the direction of Chairman Shri Anand Kishor, the Bihar School Examination Board released its Annual Examination Calendar 2026 on November 29, 2025. This includes the schedules for:
- Matric (Class 10) Annual Exams
- Intermediate (Class 12) Annual Exams
- D.El.Ed Examinations
- Simultala Awasiya Vidyalaya Entrance Tests
- Other major assessments conducted by BSEB

Bihar Board Exam Shift Timings 2026
BSEB will conduct exams in two shifts:
First Shift
- 9:30 AM – 12:45 PM
Second Shift
- 1:45 PM – 5:00 PM or
- 2:00 PM – 5:15 PM (depending on subject)
Note:
Theory papers are 3 hours long, with an additional 15 minutes for reading the question paper.
Class 12 timetable is common for all streams – Arts, Science, Commerce & Vocational.
